Photomingo is an Android app that shows the photos on your device and in the cloud services you connect as one gallery, and lets you copy, import and delete photos between them. By installing or using Photomingo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who provides the app
Photomingo is developed and published by A&A Creations, an independent sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). "You" means the person using the app.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Photomingo on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.
Your accounts and your content
- Your photos stay yours. We claim no rights over anything in your photo library or your cloud accounts. Photomingo has no server, and your photos, sign-in tokens and index are stored only on your device, as described in the privacy policy.
- Cloud services are yours to manage. When you connect Dropbox, OneDrive, pCloud, Google Photos, a WebDAV server or any other service, you are responsible for your account with that service and for complying with its terms. Photomingo acts on those accounts only when you ask it to, using the permissions you granted.
- You must have the right to the content. Only use Photomingo with photos and accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Deleting and moving photos is your decision
Photomingo can upload, import and delete photos, including deleting copies from your device or from a cloud service. Every such action is started by you. Before deleting anything, make sure you have another copy somewhere you trust. The app helps you see where copies exist, but it cannot guarantee that a cloud service reports its contents accurately, that a delete can be undone, or that a service's own recycle bin or version history will retain a file. We are not responsible for lost or altered photos.
Third-party services
Photomingo talks directly to services operated by other companies, such as Dropbox, Microsoft, pCloud and Google, and to any WebDAV server you configure. We do not control those services. They may change, rate-limit, or withdraw their APIs at any time, which can stop parts of Photomingo from working. Your use of each service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
Tips and support
Photomingo is free to use. If you choose to support development through Ko-fi, that is a voluntary tip, not a purchase. Tips do not unlock features, do not create a subscription, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments are handled by Ko-fi under Ko-fi's terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Photomingo to break the law, to access accounts or files you are not allowed to access, or to interfere with any service it connects to. Do not attempt to circumvent the security or access controls of the app or of any connected service.
No warranty
Photomingo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or cloud service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Photomingo. Because the app is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero unless the law sets a higher minimum. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Photomingo at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes the local index and all stored tokens from your device. We may stop offering the app, or update it in ways that change or remove features, at any time.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at photomingo.app/terms.html with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which A&A Creations is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
